Partnerships

An integral part of the MTAEF’s success across College and University campuses across the globe has come throughout the support of our Strategic Partners.  Without their help, much of what we do could not be possible.

Securities Research Company & the MTAEF

Securities Research CompanySecurities Research Company (SRC) is very pleased to partner with the MTAEF in support of worldwide Technical Analysis educational programs. The joint support of professors and research at leading teaching institutions with unique financial performance data and an optimized targeted curriculum is sure to enhance the quality of learning for all participants and help advance the TA field,” said Nino Rinaldi, EVP Sales & Services.

Massachusetts-based SRC was founded in 1933 by chart pioneer Richard McKay who was regarded as “the keeper of the data.” SRC charts are unique, displaying historical information using proprietary stock-charting tools and a database that houses the most extensive chronological performance data available. Their in-house database houses one of the most complete sets of historical stock price and key financial performance metrics available anywhere – with up to 100 years of stock performance measures accurately detailing price, volume, earnings, and dividend information for over 5,000 NYSE, ASE, and NASDAQ companies.

Tradestation & the MTAEF

Tradestation SecuritiesOn April 4, 2011, TradeStation (an electronic delivery service of stock, bond, commodity, FX, and market data and graphics) announced a joint sponsorship with the Foundation whereby students and professors at colleges and universities will be given free use of the TradeStation platform for the academic school year.

“TradeStation is a great product for students who may become investors and traders to learn about various approaches to navigate today’s marketplace, including the creation and development of trading ideas and strategies and how to test, optimize and automate those ideas and strategies in a simulated real-time trading environment,” said Bruce Kamich, MTAEF President.
